The Silver Mountain Fiddle Band is composed of talented and professional fiddlers and accompanists performing fiddle music for your wedding ceremony (prelude, processional, candle lighting and recessional) and your wedding reception (cocktail hour, dinner and dancing).
Our musicians play a wide variety of fiddle music for weddings including: bluegrass, old-time, country, western swing, Irish, Celtic, Cajun, Zydeco, blues, swing, gypsy, Klezmer and even pirate music!
We absolutely love weddings, and we love playing fiddle music for weddings! The Silver Mountain Fiddle Band considers weddings a celebration — and the fiddle is the classic instrument to accompany such a celebration!
From the opening notes of your ceremony prelude music, to the last waltz at the reception, fiddle music is the perfect soundtrack to a great wedding. The fiddle appeals to people of all generations and brings out the best in everyone; it encourages your guests to have a good time and instantly allows them to celebrate, relax and enjoy themselves, exactly what you want at your wedding!
We also understand how important your wedding day is, and how stressful it can be. We are a group of experienced, passionate, and professional musicians who perform at weddings for a living and, along with our personalized wedding planner, we are here to melt that stress away. There is no wedding situation we have not encountered, from playing on the beach to playing in the rain, from hiking into remote mountain locations to performing on a wagon train — we have, literally, done it all!
We are completely self contained, we can perform acoustically or with amplification, we are always prompt, we never play too loud, and we are happy to accommodate whatever needs or special requests you might have. Working with the Silver Mountain Fiddle Band will be the easiest part of your wedding, leaving you free to enjoy your magical day!
