 I requested a solo classical violinst for my wedding. Our musician was ontime and the music was just what I dreamt of. He was terrific. We have six children (three boys and three girls) and after the recessional, he spontaneously played the theme from the Brady Bunch. Everyone clapped, laughed and talked about it. It was classic! 

 The violinist was absolutely wonderful. The sound of the music filled the outdoor venue. He was kind, courteous and very professional. Most importantly, the music really made the ceremony and cocktail hour into something magical and special. Thank you!

 The musicians were fantastic — they were the toast of our entire ceremony and reception. My husband is Scottish, but we also love jazz, and the ensemble found a way for us to blend both. They played pieces for us that were not too folksy but still gave us the unique feel we were hoping for and it did not go unnoticed. Guests told us it was some of the best live music they had heard and that made our special day even more memorable.

 Hot Peppers Entertainment has hired The Chris Murphy Band on more than one occasion to provide live music. The band’s diverse repertoire is appropriate for music lovers of all ages whether a community-based affair or private event. The band itself was always a pleasure to work with as they hold many of the qualities we require of our entertainers: professionalism, punctuality and passion. I would recommend the band for a variety of private affairs or cultural events, and look forward to working with them again myself in 2006.
